I had my rotors turned a while back and they warped within 10-15K. I'm looking for some new rotors and I wondered if anyone has any recommendations. I've found various Brembo, power slot, EBC, etc. for reasonable prices. Any experiences with any of the above?

I rarely haul more than my two snowmobiles.

I really like the Raybestos brand of rotors. they have a Super Stop series that is both drilled and gas slotted, very nice up-grade to the stock OEM unit. They can be bought or ordered from any Raybestos dealer and you can also go to their site ans get the right part number for your truck, you will need a right and left number. They list for 195 and I got mine for 110, at a local parts place (KOI parts). Don't cheap-out on the brakes, they are lifesavers and you will be surprised how much better the truck can stop with the right hardware. EGR also has great products for the Dodge trucks.

My experience has been that once a rotor is warped, it's gone. You can turn it, but it just warps again. I have not had any experience with the brands you mention, but I think you are on the right track. I bought some cheapo parts store replacement rotors, 3 months later they are warped. I won't make that mistake again, you get what you pay for.
