brakes stuck

The rear brakes must be froze to the drums. Any ideas on how to get them to break loose?Its on a 99 olds cutlass. It has been parked since back in the summer. I dont think the emergency brake was sat but i could be wrong i guess.

Is it dragging the rear tires? If so, I would pull the wheels off and beat the drums with your largest sledge. But thats just what I would do

well they broke loose after rocking it a little. Hopefully the lining didnt come off the brake shoes.
