On my 95 4x4 ram. I put new front pads on. Then with the truck off i pumped the brake to get the pistons back out. Jumped in and started it, put my foot on the brakes and down it went. So i bled the brakes. the Right front bledder broke so i got a new calipper, bled the brake agine and with the truck off nice peddel. As soon as I started the truck and stepped on the brake down she goes. So i put on a new master cyclender. Bled it. hooked it up and bled it agine. Same thing. Got a differnt master and the same. there is no leaks.

Help.

Did you bench bleed the new master cylinder? If you did that and think you did it well try this. The lines off the master cyliner go into another valve of some type who's name I don't know. On the end of the valve towards the front of the engine is a little black rubber cover. Take it off and push on the brake pedal a couple of times. The idea is to get this bled. When you are done with that make sure you put the little black rubber cover back on. Try that and see what happens. If I can get an actual name on the valve I will.

If it helps, I had the same problem and called Greg Mauer from EGR where I get my brake stuff and he told me to do that and my brakes have been awesome since then. Give it a try. Picture is pretty rough.

First thing I would check is make sure the calipers are moving like the should that on the guide pins or the pads are not sticking in the calipers. You may still have air in the lines try bleeding the master cylinder on the truck the bleed all the wheels

I never was able to get the brakes bleed properly until I bought the power bleeder setup like EGR sells. The cost was recovered with one flush of the brake system and it makes bleeding quick and all the air is purged. The first time I paid to have the sysem flushed because I couldn't get the air completely out of the system. This cost $75 here so I bought the power bleeder since I flush the lines every 2 years. I have used most types of bleeding systems and this one worked the best by far.
