2. 5" to 3" Rear Brake Conversion on D/W-250 Trucks
This is a simple conversion that can easily be done during a routine rear brake replacement. You will need a brake spring tool, a 2-9/16" axle nut socket, and a torque wrench. It would also be helpful to have access to a press to install the wheel seals. To do this however, the rear drums need to be turned to accommodate the larger shoes.

5/8" studs: 175-225 ft/lbs
5/8" studs (duals): 300-350
