2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Brakes

My pedal starts off pretty firm especially if I hit it hard, but when I add steady pressure the pedal continues to fall to the floor. Any suggestions? I have read some of the old threads just looking for anything else someone may have.

If there are no external leaks it is most likely the master cylinder

sounds like master cylinder,bypassing.
