brakes

anyone having trouble with break noise. have 2012 3500 dual. pull a 13000 lb. fifth wheel. even not pulling when breaks get hot they squeal when applying. dealer says brakes look fine/ nothing they can do.

Tell them to lubricate with silicone grease between all moving parts on the calipers.

If the pads are replacement pads then you might have the incorrect material. There is a difference and Geno's carries different brands for that reason. I put the Hawk brand pads on and have not had a problem on my 2004.5 but I am not towing as heavy as your are. But I was getting brake chatter and squeal off the original Mopar front pads and changed for that reason. Then I found that the Hawk pads were slightly larger and the rotor was cutting a groove in the pad, causing squeaking. Filed that off and they are fine.
