I believe I have decided on getting new 50hp injectors. Anyone have a brand preference or are they all just about the same? Do some last longer than others? Are there warranty differences?

Thanks

Andy

Me too. I'm starting to really pay attention as I think I'll go down that path too. Andy, How many miles do you have? Do you have any symptoms, or just upgrading? I see you upgraded filtration with an Airdog. I need to do that first...
I'll be following this... .

I bought Bosch Motorsports 50 hp injectors from Scheid Diesel. It was the best price I could find at the time on new injectors and I haven't had any issues to date.

looking at their site for these injectors you have to sign a release:

is this the same for any site selling like products? Never looked into these before...

When I need to, I will buying new injectors either from Todd at TC Diesel, who often used to post on TDR, and sells only new Bosch injectors or from Exergy, who sells both rebuilds and new. Exergy is very well respected and does their nozzle upgrading in house and "balances" the entire set of injectors to within a very tight specification.

I sell Industrial Injection injectors... mainly because they are close to us but can also say that i never have had a problem with an injector from them and have been using them for about 6 years... have installed thousands... . 90% with extra fuel filtration system of some sort...

Industrial Injection just remaned my injectors with the 60hp tips. I am about 1/2 way through a 3000 mile towing trip, and so far I am a happy camper. The engine is smoother running, both at idle and towing, it MAY be slightly up on fuel use. And now I run the Edge box on the lowest setting and it tows better than it did before on level 3.
