I had posted before that MY bright-box is a piece of junk and I do have a problem with my unit. I got in touch with Joel at bright-box and he has taken care of me!As for me you couldn't ask for better service or knowledge of his product as you get from JOEL. This was the first unit I had go bad and I have had 3. DC could use a lesson from them in customer service!THANK_YOU JOEL
