Brite Box install?

I just purchased a Brite Box for my truck. I have read the intall instructions but have not installed it yet. Does anyone have any tricks for the install that were not in the instructions?

Instructions worked well for me. Nothing was missing that I needed to know as far as I can tell. It's rather straightforward.

Yep..... straightforward - unfortunatly, not that much better - thinking that a light bar and some KC Daylighters are in the future for me!

On the drivers side there is not enough room to stick the box so it got hung with zip ties back out of the way. Make sure you have it right side up.

Have mine on for a year now. The original lights are so shamefull I think this was a good upgrade. I went to silverstars in the headlights and I also bombed the fog lights with the brighter bulbs (silverstars) at the same time. Be carefull pulling the headlights out. I taped the bumper so I didn't scratch anything. I have a sport with a painted bumper. I used the double back tape on the boxes and a little additonal rtv and stuck the boxes to the inside of the fenders on both sides. Make sure the orintation is correct so water doesn't get into the boxes. Also it's a tight fit to slide the boxes in. If you have a large forearm you might want to enlist help from the wife on this one.
