Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
YEsterday I noticed that the top hinge on the drivers door was loose, so I grabbed a 13mm wrench and proceeded to snug it up, except that the bolt was very tight, with about 1/16" air gap. Well, I gave it a little too much twist, and the thing twisted right off.
Has anyone else broken one? It is the top bolt on the top hinge, door side. Hopefully, I can pull the panel off and get at the backside with a stud extractor. If not, i guess the door is coming off and the drill is coming out. I will probably just use a grade 8 bolt and nut.
