Well I bought my 3rd Dodge Cummins truck. Loaded Laramie with everything on it! I mean everything! It was a ordered truck that was not picked up. Got a great deal and so far I'm amazed how refined it is compared to my 03 and even the 2012 I almost purchased. The suspension rides great, quiet and well thought out. No air bags, or tow package yet, B and W will make some $$$$ soon. I spent about an hour underneath it today and thank god I bought an extended warranty. It looks much stronger and thought out, but lots of hoses, connectors and sensors. The front axle disconnect looks extremely vulnerable to any off roading, but the new front suspension looks really much stronger than the old 4 bar. Everything is oversized. The exhaust is very complicated with the urea injection, but well built. A million times better than the GMC version. All stainless, and slip tube and stainless spring clamps.. So far I'm impressed. We'll see how it goes...just a few thoughts...

Congratulations!

jsffd: Boy, am I glad to hear someone say the trucks are challenging to understand. I am all new to this - seems like I'll never learn it!

Looking forward to pictures.

I mentioned in another post and asked Robin how to post pictures but did not get an answer. Is there a place to go on this forum to learn?

jsffd - Could you do me a favor, take a picture of how the tube steps mount. I am in the process of making a set and I need to see how the OEM mounts up.
