2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Buckstop + Winch = ?? lift/drop

FINALLY, got the buckstop painted and mounted. Looking for a 12k Warn that won't leave me living off of top ramen.

Has anyone else compensated for the drop from the 300lb plus bumper/winch combo?

I would like to keep the height and suspension travel. Springs? or 2" puck? or ???

No pics but I have the 2. 5" plus springs. Rides good and it doesn't sit nose low.
