If you cycle the key 3 times it will display them on the odometer.

He said he cycled the key 3 times and it didnt show no codes,he also said that when he is just driving on a fairly flat road ,it dont do it,but as soon as he hits a grade or a hill he said it kind of hops and skips, like its fueling and then defueling, sort of like its missing too,any more suggestions?????

Does the truck miss with no box? Does it do it with the box? this sounds like a box problem.

Its more than likely a problem with the box but before I set my mind on that I would also check the fuel pressure. I have seen instances that ocurred that had similar symptoms.

he said it does it even when he turns the box off, course he is running Don M's 135 injectors too

Tell him to try unplugging the box from the truck completely & see if it still happens. It can be something simple like a fuel filter too.

He unhooked the edge box completely, and he said its still doing that jerking, and skipping, and he did say its getting worse, truck has about 120,000 miles on it,do you think its possible it could be his injector pump, that what one guy told me,also he just replaced the fuel filter not long ago!!!!!

It very well could be the IP, but you should be seeing codes. What do you guys think about the TPS sensor or the apps going bad? Just a thought..... maybe?

It would still throw a code... ... maybe the lift pump? The injection pump would throw a code if that was the problem. The lift pump could be the problem... . maybe it is pulsing on/off. Also can be a bad injector.
