Build Date vs. D1 status

I ordered my new 04 600 on March 04, 2004, the order went D1 on 04-09-04. I phoned into Dodge earlier this month and was told the nuild date was 04-26 (today), last week I received an e-mail from Dodge quoted 04-27 as the completion date. Today, I see my order is still D1 and Dodge is telling me there is no scheduled build date, D1 only confirms the order. When I asked about the other information I had been given, she (Dodge lady) had no answer, only that D1 means confirmed order and there is no estimated build date or delivery date. Any help or info... .

I ordered mine 3/10 and went D1 0n 4/22. I hope to see it by 6/10

We ordered ours on 2/2; went D1 on 3/25; released from plant on 4/14. Right now, it's sitting at the port of Vera Cruz. Supposedly we'll have it by May 10th.

My build date (D1) was 04/02/04



My Plant release (KZ) date was 04/20/04



once you go KZ, the rest of your future dates will pop up.

Just an update to my status, the email from Dodge was correct and the lady on the phone must really work for Ford... My truck went KZ (plant release) at 0700 todayOo.
