"Build List" question re A518's

A "build list" for a 93 Jeep Cherokee shows the same codes (DBG & DGRS) for it's A518 Auto Trans that are shown on the list for my 92 Dodge Cummins. The Jeep had a 5. 2L engine.
Does the "build list" code being the same mean that the two transmissions are identical?

The 518 in the diesel trucks is a heavy duty version of the ones use in the gas trucks.
