Competition 0-60 times. whats fast?

Competition 1128 hp, on single and NXd Pro system

What would you guys build if you could have one truck to do it all? Money isnt an option but the truck has to be a daily driver, could sledpull, dragrace, tow trailers and of course must look and function good. Other than that anything goes, Any year style or setup.



Im thinking of getting a new Mega Cab soon and this is what I was thinking,



4dr shortbed 4x4 larimie Megacab with EVERYTHING

Kore or Kelderman suspension on 35x12. 5x18

Suncoast or DTT full billet auto

Olee's B1/B2 twins with a 5 in straight pipe and a pacbrake

TST, Smarty (when its released), EZ stacked with some F1 EDM's

CP3 mod, Or a P-pump conversion, FASS

Cam, Studded and O ringed

Pillar gauges, train horn, Ram air hood, custom paint job

Ill think of more later but Im curious to see what you guys can come up with.

-1988 Crew-Cab 4x4GMC Dually (CK Style) Started out as a reg-cab and turned it into a crew-cab



-12valve Cummins (tuned up with twins and the whole 9 yards)

-2003 NV5600/Haisley Street Puller

-241 Heavy duty T-case

-11. 5" 2003 GMC Dually rear end (3:73 gears)

-1999 Dodge Dana 60 (ARB/3:73 gears)

-Custom front suspension (used 2005 Ford trailing arms/coils)

-Custom leather interior

-stacks



And a bunch of other stuff I can't think of right now!

I with you on this but add selectable lockers, arb front and detroit rear. Kore suspension with their billet control arms. Warn 18000xi winch. Fiberglass front fenders from drc and nonscratch/nondent paint would be nice also.



Forgot to add kingpin front end with no stinkin ball joints

well, I have an ideal 3rd, 2nd and first gen truck, so here it is:

3rd gen:

3rd gen quad cab shortbed (not mega cab), Red, in dash GPS, the works.

Kore Race, billet control arms, fox steering stabilizer, etc.

37x13. 50 Toyos on 17x9 Walker evans beadlocked wheels, with red locks.

Pre-runner front bumper (possibly like road armor's, but no winch)

DRC fiberglass front fenders

DRC bedsides

Full cage

4. 10's, Kingpin D-60 front with ARB, Detroit rear.

TST PMCR stacked with Edge EZ, Don M's Flux injectors, stud/O-ring, etc etc. KSB-1/B-2 twins.

Full Billet DTT auto, NP271 X-case.

and lots of red Line-X... .

And thats something like my ideal 3rd gen would go... .



2nd Gen:

My 1998 quad/SB 12V sport conversion with:

Kore Race, walker evans red locks, 35" toyos.

SPS66/BB twins, II dragon flows, Joe D head, DD cam, Joe D pump, 4K's, #0, Water/Meth, etc.

NV5600, SB DD, NP271.

Ford D-60 front (King pin) with ARB, Detroit rear, rear disks.



1st gen:

P-pumped 12V (same as 2nd gen motor), NV5600, NP203/205 doubler.

Tom woods high angle 1410 CV jointed front driveshaft, Dana 70 front, 35spline shafts hub to hub, CTM joints, drive flanges, 5. 13 gears, OX locker.

Rear corporate 14 bolt, 5. 13's, spool, clear diff cover, purple cranium spider cover.

Front Skyjacker 8" leaves, 1" ORD 0 rate add-a leave, Shaggys' shackles.

Rear Shaggys monster 8" suspension, 1" block. Fox 2. 5's all around.

cut fenders, whole body bedliner'd orange/yellow/black (power wagon macho scheme).

49x21x20 swamper IROKS on 20x15 USA 6x6 bead lock wheels... .

I'll take ur dream trucks anyday, especially the 1st gen
 
Start with a longbed 4x4 megacab longbed 5500 with the 6. 7, and a lot of the stuff that's already been mentioned! DTT full blown transmission, Front hitch, front and rear Reunel bumpers, big azz winch, Caravan shell with all the fixin's, custom built KORE suspension (likes never been seen before) and whatever else makes it great(er)! Of course, I'd settle for a bone stock 4x mega :-laf .
 
My truck as is sits with the following changes.



Bayer(sp?) Automotive Crew Cab Conversion (like Lorretta Mitchell's)

Scheid recalibration on my 215 pump with 13mm Barrels and Plungers

Custom large single charger for pulling but still streetable (hey this is a *DREAM TRUCK*) :-laf

Full Billet Goerend transmission/Auto Conversion

4. 10 gears

Detroit Locker in rear

ARB air locker in the front axle

Haisley's aftermarket rear axle shafts.

You guys have some pretty wild ideas! I just wanted to know what everyone on this board wants from a truck and to maybe give others some new ideas! Keep um coming!!
 
My W250 with an all aluminum p-pump ctd, twins, the works, built auto, dana 80 rear, that charcoal leather seat out of a 01 model, flip nose fiberglass front end, and it would get 1000 miles to the gallon. Oo.

Well, its gonna happen!! Just not exactly a 1st gen... . I have a 77 power wagon shortbed thats gonna get that treatment. (49" iroks, 12V CTD, 5600, 203/205, etc). the only thing I cant decide is whether to use the 70/80's or use 2. 5 ton rockwells... . ;)

Im also building a 74 club cab shortbed power wagon on 37" boggers with a 12V CTD... All I need to find is the CTD!!!
