Wow! You just sold me on the halo lights. Those look good. Ya Scott I think you need to wire up the lights. That would look awesome on your truck!

I'm not all that much into appearance modifications for the sake of "look at my cool blah blah blah" unless they have a an advantage in function.

How well do they work over stock?

They do look good but I don't have an alternator and don't want to prematurely kill my batteries so the bling will be visible in the day light only

We didn't do much locally this year, but I plan on it in 2008 dealerships tire stores ect... When it gets out the shop and your in the Rohnert Park area call me (303-5949) and you can stop by.

Good point Dave, Thanks.

Perhaps I will go clear in the front and tinted on the sides and rear kind of like what we had this year.

Scott, also do yourself a favor and make sure you use abrasion resistant lexan. Cost more and you may have to order it but those nasty swirls dont show up near as soon as regular lexan.

I'd keep it stock looking as well. Just because it's the BBDII, I'd run the same paint as you had before too. (I really liked the paint job on your last rig)

Looks like I may be going this route after all. The paint scheme I had in mind requires tons of custom air brushing and is going to be to cost prohibitive so we may resort back to the same style as the original truck with the 60's style flames. Again this would look more stock I guess.

We have found away to install the the lexan with out all the pop rivets being viewable from the outside, and all four doors will be operable :D
