Just get off the couch and go down to your nearest Ford dealer and take a look for your self, I did several times checking out the new and improved Ford super duty pick-ups. I think Ford is more in touch with the trucking market then Dodge ever hoped for, besides when they first brought out the Dodge Ram pick-up they have not done much else. Granted the Power Wagon is a very nice piece, it is not main stream or what very many would like.
Ford does alot of little things that make them the number one choice for contractors and aftermarket body manufacturers. They have the title as the number one truck sold in America and I don't see them giving it up any time so. Granted I love my Dodge with it's Cummins, but if it was offered in a Ford pick-up I think overall I would be a happier person. Unfortunately Dodge has never catered to the Commercial audience, which makes up the majority of all heavy duty trucks sold. They do have their Sprinter van, which seems to be a hit with the delivery people, so maybe they finally got the message. I know this is not the politically correct sentiment on this forum, but Ford does have many strong points and they should be recognized for them. Heck in 5-6 years Dodge might even start offering a factory brake controller, but don't hold your breath.
