What size sub is that? Is there any cusion on the box for a passenger?

It's a MTX thunder 8500 10". The box is only 1 cubic foot sealed and that narrows down the shopping for ya. I was never to hot for MTX but heard a few that were set up nice. Only drawback to this sub is tha it needs a cummins sized amp to push it, I'm looking to hit it with about 700 watts and each door will get 100. I'm not really into spl more clean sound with decent staging. There is a little bit of cushion on the top for some one to sit on but I would'nt torture them for long distances. I like the stealth factor if you look in the window you would never know it's there.

Basically it a giant shoebox. Generally I dive in and do 99% of the stereos in my vehicles, so I was going to build one myself then got this from a guy in Illinois for 100 bucks or so. Saved me that much time and it came with threaded inserts for the backrest to bolt to and the bolts to mount to seat mounts. Any of us could build one but for a hundo, I'll spring for it. I did have to remove both front seats and kill a chicken to get it in. VERY TIGHT underneath to tighten the nuts on the mounting bolts. Gotta have tunes for the road.
