The CTD's were moved to Mexico when the 3rd gen trucks came out, but other Ram's continued to be built here. For 2006 CTD production has resumed in St. Louis. Mega Cabs are all made in Mexico.

My 2nd generation 95 Dodge/Cummins was the made in Mexico. That was the first year in production in Mexico. All 94 Dodge/Cummins were made in St Louis.
