Bully Dog Decieved Me!!!!!

I bought a Bully Dog programer and misc. other stuff through Summit Racing (about $2000 worth) in 05, for my 03 Ford 6. 0.

Everything was a disaster. The engine, Bully Dog, etc.

I sold it all in 06 and bought my current Dodge.

The worst thing about Bully Dog was trying to deal with (IMO) their poorly trained cust. service staff, while dealing with their poorly designed products.

I'm now very happy with my Dodge, my Smarty, and the TDR.

Report them to your local BBB. If what you are saying is true, they lied to you and that is aginst the law. However, you must have proof that they promised you a product and they did not deliver. Next, take them to court.

i'm happy to tell that with the help of keven from K2 diesel performance and bully dog engineers buddy and hadley i was able to get a program to test and instal in my truck there is still a few bugs but overall a great product that i would recommend!

And some great customer service over two hours on the phone with me.

Years ago I bought a BullyDog downloader for my truck. It was a POS. I had a heck of a time getting my money back... they had a 30 day money back guarantee.

i have ben very happy with my tripple dog from them and would recomend it to anyone. it did have a problem with the cable to connect it to the truck about a year after i got it but they were very helpfull and sent me a new one. i don't sell this kinda stuff i just buy and i belive that everyone has bad days it is just when the company has them everyday like others i will fail to mention. overall i give them a great review and would put there product on any of my trucks. they even helped me out in 06 with a version of crazy larry that would work better with the truck setup (no charge).

If they don't yet have an operating product, they definitly should not be selling it. There is no guarantee that it ever will work. This is fraud even if they do plan to get the software soon, the product did not work at the time of sale and they knew it. .
