I contacted bullydog about propane a week ago. Is it normal for them to not respond to their e-mails

I have done business with them. They were very prompt. Maybe your email didn't go thru... call or email again!

I had the same problem when I attempted to contact them via e-mail. I ended up just making a phone call and found out that, yes, they are having site problems and did not receive my e-mails. Give 'em a call, great people to speak deal with (they honored the G. P. price on the injectors after the "exp. date").

I have dealt with them several times, great people to work with. They have been very prompt and responsive to me. I also got a set of injectors from them and they did also honor the GP after it expired.

In fact, I am putting the injectors in this Saturday with Bear834. Maybe Papa Joe will join us.

Give them a call, you will be happy you did.

Things to come; The clutch has let me know it is going to need attention very soon!

Call Edge and ask about their propane system. Although they're no longer manufacturing it, they'll send you to the folks who took it over. It's a far superior system to the Bully Dog unit.

John,

Slip sliding away!

Right now it is only slipping in the HOT 3 of the PE. Who knows when the injectors go in tomorrow, or should I say later today. I thought I would give the injection pump a rest and turn the PE off for a while. Going to order a clutch either in late February or March sometime. I'll have it before BD Dyno Days. I think that there might some REAL HP at BD this spring!

Any plans for a Bombing day in March or so?

Bob

I've dealt with Bully Dog, and all I can say is their customer service is great. I ordered some gauges from them. There was some miscommunication, and I got the wrong ones. I called them up,and they immediately sent me the right ones. Just my . 2c

I know from personal experience, that sometimes we type responses and cant get them to go. Sometimes just hitting reply does not do the trick i dont know why.
And because we dont know the person asking the question we can only hope they call.

Most of us are not in the habbit of ignoring our email. I dont know if that is what has happended to you , it could be their volume , i know we do 50-60 a day and usually we are prompt but sometimes it takes us a couple of days.

I too would suggest you call them.

<font color=blue>I can "second" what Bill said above. Just because you send a person email does not garentee they will recieve it. Even if they do recieve it there might be a problem when they try to reply back to you. There are many different reasons why things like that happen. I know I don't recieve all my email because the @home email server acts up alot. So like suggested above I would try emailing once more and include your phone number so they can call you, and if you don't hear back in a decent amount of time then call them yourselves.

The email problem could be out on the net somewhere or it could be something as simple as your "reply to" address in your email properties. Like I said could be one of many different things as to why they didn't recieve your email or why they couldn't reply.

Well, I finally did get a reply from Bully Dog - An ad in the mail. It was informational. Will the stock clutch hold up to propane? I do have a tst powermax 2 already.
