bullydog 4" exhaust system

New Handle-Same guy...



Anyone have any feedback on bullydog, 4" exhaust system as installed on a 2001 ETH.

Everyone seems to opt out and lose the cat. Warranty ???

Aluminized steel versus stainless steel... big price difference...

Bullydog says louder sound, muffler is almost straight thru...

I'm not sure that I mind... .

Requesting opinions.....

Have never heard the Bully dog system. I have the JRE turbo to tail setup. It is very loud but not annoying on the highway with the windows closed.

As for Stainless Vs. Aluminised. It is strictly an appearence issue. There is NO performance gain by using stainless steel. Aluminsed should last 5-7 years, Stainless longer, but its almost twice the price. I dont plan on keeping my truck longer then that. I just got a stainless tip for mine. Thats all you can see anyhow. Save your money.

Bully Dog Exhaust

I have had the Bully dog exhaust on my truck since February. I can't say it's better or worse than other systems because I have never seen any other advertised systems. I can tell You the folks at Bully Dog were good to deal with, and the merchandise arrived promptly. I'm no expert, but, the components appear to be good quality. The tubing was of decent thickness, and the muffler is a good industrial straight through design. IMHO the sound is the best part. It will turn heads. Perhaps a statement made by a co-worker says it best... "Holy $#!*, that thing sounds just like a tractor trailer!"

So far I have not had any problems with the system. Hope this helpa a little
