to add to what muddy said, altering the tire size on the Outlook only changes the settings in the Outlook. It will not change the speedometer or anything in the vehicle electronics. If you need your speedo recalculated, that has to be done in the ECM and the dealer should be able to do that for you.

Funny how those types of things aren't clarified up front unless somebody asks. You initially get the impression that it takes care of it fully.
