Bumper comp bolts

Anyone had the pleasure of replacing / repairing their rear bumper comp? I received my painted bumper (they call it a face bar) and I need to assemble the resin molded framework and mounts to the beer can thick metal shell... .. There are a series of torx cap screws and clip nuts but I am not sure about what the torque should be. I am warming up the plastic part to remove the thousands of harness clips to transfer the sub harness over and thought maybe someone with a FSM could let me know. Thanks in advance

Hand tight with a nut driver type tool should be good. Parts says it is an M8x1.25 if that helps.

They are tighter than hand tight, but M8 helps.. typical tq on M8s is 20~24Nm. Thanks

Yes, you are probably right. I was thinking clamp load on plastic and clip nuts more than the bolt.

Feeling, all it needs is feeling in your fingers for these bolts.

Tighten it as much as you think your wife would tighten it? That be about right? Feeling for sure!

Update: Disassembled last night, there are three sets of fasteners, on that is the face bar to the resin frame, (not so tight as they are over molded nuts in resin). 6 of them go to the bumper mounting brackets and are tighter with steel collars, and 4 more that are even tighter on the bottom side that are hidden... None of them felt like they are SPEC for a M8 so will proceed from there.
