I need a new set of bumper covers, the upper black one and the lower gray valance. Where is the cheapest place to buy these parts?

I tried aftermarket ones on mine after a little accident and they didn't fit very well at all. My . 02... ... ... ... .

yeah, i've seen some bad aftermarket ones too but I've purchased the grillle inserts, black plastic rear bumper covers and their weatherstripping for my doors from LMCtruck.com and all products were excellent quality and fit... esp the weatherstripping... excellent stuff.

Thanks for the advice everybody. Have you all ever had any dealings with Pershing Auto Parts on eBay? They have the upper and lower cover for $110 including shipping. Also there is some positive feedback for the exact bumper covers I need.

I think my upper black cover for the front bumper came from Pershing. It's not perfect. A little too short, or the retainer clips are stuck on too low making ride a bit high. In either case, it doesn't come down to the "step" in the stamped bumper. In fact, it slightly exposes a fraction of one of the retainer holes just below the lower edge of the piece.

On the other hand, I replaced the lower gray valance with an aftermarket version I got brand new though a local wrecking yard. It fit very well, though it was missing 2 holes that retainers from my original black upper piece go through. These are near the ends below the turn signal housings. My Pershing upper piece did not have these retainers. If I was flush with cash, I'd get an upper through the wrecking yard.

are yours broken or just faded? If just faded, that new Krylon plastic paint is some great stuff I'm pretty sure they make it in flat too. Just prep the hell out of the parts to get good adhesion - stuff bites right into the plastic like epoxy or something - I was shocked it worked so well . . .

Mine are broken. I've decided to redo the old truck insead of blowing 40k on a new electronic truck. I've got a little rust on the rocker panels and the paint is in really poor shape. I've got a good body and paint man to fix the whole cab. Gotta get paint, bumper covers, seat covers, step rails, weather strip and a lot of other small stuff. This old 12 valve is gonna be sharp!
