After you peel it off as best you can (A hairdryer helps to get it started). I have had luck with WD-40 and i used Citrus air freshner and it works GREAT. I used it all so i dont remember the name, but i am sure any brand will work. The stuff is amazing. It took permanent magic marker off of plastic with no damage either. Smells good too!

You can get it at Home Depot or most other Hardware stores. It works great for getting stickers off windows so I'm sure it will take bumper stickers off to.

Try Goof Off, might be the same as 'Goo be gone'. Comes in a can that's yellow with red lettering. I believe that Wal Mart sells it.
