2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Bumpers?

Have any of you guys made some custom bumpers for your truck? I want to make some for mine that look like the fab fours. What would you make it out of? Pics would be good too. Thanks.

hi, had one made by a friend for my 97 ram. sold truck for an 05 2500. it was made from a single piece of 3/8 c channel. was 110 inches before fabrication. i do want another. sorry no pics

I made a rear bumper similar to a reunel using 1/8" 304 stainless diamond plate for the top and 11 ga. plain 304 for the sides. I used the stock inner support. I'll see if I can get some pictures before it gets dark. Total in matl's was $280.
