I need new bumpers for my truck. (1994 - 2500)

I have a Hiniker Plow that needs to still fit - It uses a frame mount, under bumper style mounting system. I also want to maintain the use of the rear hitch.

I don't have and don't want to mount a winch, but I would like steel bumpers that have some strength to them. Need not be stainless. Painted steel is almost preferred.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Make, model, etc?

I emailed them an RFQ. Thanks for the lead. Very nice looking products.

Anyone else have any good references?

I wouldn't trade my Ranch Hand for anything but it isn't going to work with a plow set up. I dinged a small doe 2 weeks ago on the highway and it didn't even phase it.

steel you say try looking at ruenel
aluminum try denver off road which is what I have on. Have had it on there for over 10 years. Hit a nice buck at 65mph several years ago in the mountains one night no damage, well not to the truck or bumper anyway.
http://www.denver-offroad.com/ Laynes are 3/8 and 1/2 inch thick with less weight than steel which the front end with a heavy steel bumper and a plow is going to be rough on the suspension components.
http://www.reunel.com/DodgeExtremeDutyFrontBumper/index.html good old fashioned heavy duty steel.

Have no idea if either one of those will work with a plow though.

I ordered a fusion 4-6 week delivery and at end of 3 months of waiting I cancelled order. I think fusion bumpers is to busy building sema bro trucks. I took my business elsewhere. Sorry to rain on your parade for fusion ole sickly. For what it's worth I work on two trucks that have buckstops, they are well engineered and not built for the BROs

OP wants one that doesn't obstruct the plow and that uses the factory rear trailer hitch. I believe Fusion is a small company so I can imagine them getting backed up with orders. I saw their bumpers at SEMA and they look very nice but labor intensive to build. I found at least ten bumper mfg. that I saw at SEMA last month, and you can see the list in the next issue of TDR. Most of them are winch-ready so I don't think they would work with the snow plow, but the OP didn't give us details on how it fits.

This is my plow (mounted on a GMC - same style mount). There are two spikes on a subframe under the truck frame that go into pockets on the plow. Wiring can go anywhere.

The concerns with an aftermarket bumper is not only size - to fit around the plow - but also weight. The giant winch bumpers with huge brush guards weighing 500# are just too much for the front of a Ram with a 700# plow and a Cummins under the hood.

I'd like to replace the factory front bumper because mine is getting pretty shabby looking, not to mention it's pretty flimsy anyway.

My rear bumper is gone now for a couple of years due to rust rot. So I am looking for a matched set.

quote of 4-6 week delivery and at 3 months i cancelled... all they had to do was tell me we dont know when you will get it or 3 months. Thats my real point..
I think they are flat brim bro's.
