Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) bus engine?

When did cummins start using the p7100 pump? I'm looking at a '92 bluebird rear engine bus with the 6BT5. 9 210hp. And would like to know what pump it has.

(bus is on ebay and pictures don't show much)

1994 was the first year it was used in a Dodge pick-up.

210hp s/b about the max that they would have used the VE (rotary pump on).



I think? some automotive applications (non-Dodge) used the p7100? Post 1991, but not for certain.



Email the seller and get the engine serial number from the data tag on the engine,call a Cummins Dist. and they'll tell you what pump. . at least the parts jockey can tell you inline or rotary pump.



Post the part num. and well help if they can't seem too.

we have them on our 93 blue birds with the 5. 9, we have older ones but they have the rotory pump on them. We have never had to replace a P7100 inline pump. They are very good pumps.
