Happy, I noticed that also, then noticed that it was raining pretty hard, window was down while he talked to reporters. GW sort of looked like a little kid behind the wheel, had about two feet of headroom.

Yeah, but you can bet your bazooka it ain't no diesel!!! He's not intelligent enough to know that diesels actually produce far less environmentally deadly emissions than gassers do.
