Bushwacker Fender Flares

I put Bushwacker extend a flares on my truck about 5 months ago, I have down sized my tires since then so I took them off. To my supprize where the rubber leading edge meets the paint there is a 1/8" rub line though the paint.



Wonderfull I thought to myself. The product I bought to protect my paint ruined it.



I installed them per the manufactures instructions and this sill happened.



I you have these flares you my want to take one off and take a look to see if your paint is ruined to. The damage was worst on the rear bed.

Hmm thats not good, Ill be taking mine off to put on my rocker panels. Why did you back to the smaller tire?

I went back to 285 75 16 because The 33 12. 5 16. 5 would never hold the balance. With the wheels I had they could only put wieghts on the inside of the wheels, so it always felt like my tires were hopping down the road.
