Well guy's first off the truck was back on the road with the highly upgraded front axle finally!!!! While testing the front alxe I found the breaking limit for the output shaft. I was launching in 4x4 10 and 15psi worked very well what a ride!!!!! I went to a buddys house to shoot some video and I over did it with a try at 20psi :-laf didnt work very well the truck didnt even move just made a nice pop and that was it.

here are some picutres of the broken parts,,,,,for stock input and output shafts I cant complain at all.

BROKEN PARTS

mark,,

The only thing's left to upgrade are the shafts,,, and the way it looks the output shaft will be the kicker Im waiting on a call back from Rick at A & A transmissions he built the trans from the start he has one killer shaft for the 4x4 727's and hope it works! For the input shaft there are a few options trying to figure out which way to go.

yep,,, sure do tim to much traction

Before I pulled the trans I figured it was the input, by the way it acted after pulling the transmission and tearing it down along with some help..... "see caps" found the input hub cracked, the output shaft broken, along with the rear annulus messed up, the upgrade plantaries held up fine "5 pinion front, 4 pinion rear I will get some picks for you guys very nice parts" everything else in trans looks great, was going to freshen it up but the clutches and bands are in excellent shape,,, so at this point just waiting on parts so i can put it all back together and have my workbench back!!!
