Trying to find someone who knows anything is a problem. I have had signed paperwork and offer letters since the first week of Oct. At that time I was told to wait and they would call to meet me and grab truck. I have been waiting almost 2 months. Calling Ram service has not helped. Calling the Recall people has not helped. Any suggestions, at this point I don't think I will be ordering a new one. I have not had the use of my truck since Sep. They told me in the first phone call if the milage was diff than what I reported it would change the offer and they would have to start over again.

As I write this I am on hold again for the 5th time waiting for someone who speaks english and hopefully won't hang up on me. The lady in Mexico said she didn't understand english that well and just hung up on me. Yes, I am ****** at Chrysler.

Just got off phone.....bottom line I need to continue to wait. Thats what I was told............NEVER AGAIN

ZB, glad you posted this as I was curious what was going on, BUT sorry to hear about all the troubles. I wonder if contacting someone with the NHSTA group would help any?
 
A member here pm'd me and got my VIN. He sent off a request and low and behold someone called last night and set an appointment for Dec 8th. I LOVE THIS SITE. Thank you again to that member...........I have calmed down now.......thank you...

Guys, where do I look to find out if my truck falls in the range of trucks that quality? Are the buy backs due to electrical/computer issues?
