Buying a new Mini Max

Saw where i could still purchase a H&S Mini max I think part number is 109003 it is the race version with the dpf and egr delete software. My question is though will the units still being sold come with the correct updates needed to run on my 07.5 truck. I know H&S has went under I was just wondering if there would be a need to try and update anything or not. Prices are right for what i want to use it for I just dont want to buy it and plug it up and it tell me I have to install a nonexistent update to run it on my truck.

Buying an obsolete part with no available support is seldom a wise choice

The obsolete part is all I can fid that will accomplish what I'm wanting to do for the price I want.to be at right now. And with the mcc tuning available I feel it's just as good a choice as efi and will do twice as much.
