Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Buzzing by pump?

Right where I tapped the pump wire I am getting a buzzing sound. Is this pump having trouble or possibly going out. If any one has help I appreciate it. Oh well, what a birthday present.

Maybe a loose wiring connector, or a connector or other hard plastic component hitting and vibrating on the engine block?



I don't want to sound condescending, but could it be the lift pump, or the pusher pump buzzing? My pusher pump buzzes quite loudly and I can easily hear it even when the engine is idling.

I was thinking it was the lift pump. But I was just looking for other ideas. Thanks Tom
