You know I don't know how mcuh of his stry is truly B. S. because in all honesty (see sig no I am not stock) I was going over the grapevine and got behind a new (but had plate) D-MAX and he had a TT on his tail that was probably about 23 or so feet and well the semis were passing him to be nice, I only stayed behind him due to getting off for lunch but he was having a hell of a time up that grade and for those who live in SO Cal the grape vine is not all that big of a hill... Now can I pull my 33' 5th wheel over it at 80 NO, but with 275's and comp on 1 I can at least hold 60.
