Have 2 Donaldson blue DBL7349 oil filters left over, and a fitted windshield sun shade, if anyone would like any of these send me a pm, lets make a deal.
I jumped ship from a Ford Superduty that was basically trouble free for 16 years . No real regrets on this Ram ,but it hasn't been the truck that Ford was as far as dependability .
My friend's late model Fords have lots of issues in the past 10 years. But they eventually get them fixed just like the Rams. Some went back to Ford gas burners since they are more powerful now. My uncle loved the Chevy's, but I just don't like the rest of the truck. They are all much better these days thankfully.
Most guys around here are not brand loyal either. Neighbor has an older 4500 Ram with a manual trans, guys are holding on to those. I've had them all as company trucks, I do like the Ford crew cabs the best. Most of my company trucks were Fords and a couple old Chevy's. But, the V8 diesel doesn't thrill me. My trucks are used for pulling mostly, Cummins has always been my favorite engine wise. Ram better not loose the Cummins!
Not too many average people make 300K much less 600K. My trucks would be piles of rust before I could hit 600K.
Greg bought the filters, so they're gone, if anyone wants a custom fit windshield heat shield, I still have that.
It's one made for the trucks with the sensor pod behind the rear view mirror, but it will work on trucks that don't have that as well.
Someone give me $15 plus the postage and I'll send it to you.
IIRC, it cost about $28 plus shipping new, and it's still in good shape.
I also have a Andersen Ultimate 5th wheel hitch I don't need anymore, new truck has a factory 5th wheel hitch in it.
It's the aluminum version that mounts to the gooseneck ball, weighs less than 35 pounds, lift it with one hand.
They're about $795 new I think, $400 plus the ride, or local can come out to Porter and I'll meet you.
