I installed the dual bypass filter on my truck in April. I currently have about 7,000 miles on the oil and about 6,000 on the filters doing moderate hauling. Amsoil recommends changing the bypass filter at around 25K and the full flow at around 7K. I have Rotella in it now and will use Rotella until I have to change the Bypass. The truck has a little less than 19K miles on it right now. Any information or suggestions on a filter change schedule would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are correct. If you are using Dino oil you must change the oil and filter at factory recommended intervals of 7K. And then the By-pass filter at 25K or in your case I would change it at 21K on third full flow filter and oil change.

I personally used Amsoil 15-40w and changed full flow element every 12. 5K and the by-pass every 25K. I have yet to change the oil at 58K as it is testing great with analysis. The only reason to change my oil now will be if I don't find a buyer for my 01 before my 04 comes in. I will then pull preluber and dual by-pass off before trade in.
