I'm not clear on the cartridges - looks like a spin-on?



That would be a big plus for lots of guys.
 
What kind of mileage are ya getting out of the elements? The replacement cartridges are pretty pricey. Makes the Frantz look pretty good being that T. P is cheaper.
 
I run two of them (110 size) with the output going to a SpinnerII. Service everything once a year while doing oil sampling every 7500 miles. Will probably move my oil sampling out to 15,000. My goal to to go to 100,000 between oil changes.
 
I have a RACOR LS 802 bypass (very much like a OilGuard). The only thing I would do is put a bung on the bottom of the steel filter case. I now drain the case THEN remove the filter. NO MESS.
