Going to bypass abs valve on my 1993 w250. I have read here that some times the lines will brake while trying to loosen them. What then? do I replace the line from the front to the rear, can it be done without removing the fuel tank, or can the line be cut and flared while on the truck, doesn't look like enough room to me. what say you guys. thank you in advance. maggies man.

soak the fittings with WD-40 for a day before removal, if the line dose brake you should be able to re flare it in the truck, assuming its not rusted to the point of being a safety issue.

Blaster or CRC Freeze Off. WD40 is good for cleaning dirt off of stuff, but nearly useless as a penetrant or lubricant.

Cheap penetrating oil ATF and Accetone

Not bad!

Marvel Oil is still a top contender, Kano Kroil is very, very good but the absolute best is a product called ACF-50 that is marketed for aviation...

WD-40 is a good cleaner but not nearly as good at freeing rusted hardware as Marvel Oil.

Good luck, just went through a bunch of that-had to replace every line up to the block up on the left frame rail!

#@$%!
