Has anyone done this to a Dodge? I am not a big Ford fan. I see the point, I guess, but that poor D60 axle is not going to love that weight.

Dernit Tim, you know that thing is a bargain. You can't buy all those PARTS for that. Too bad I don't have a fully funded emergency fund. As a single man--this would definitely be and emergency!



I do believe it would move a sled--not enough diesel competition around here to care/protest, but a real street-class crowd pleaser! Heck that thing would eat up all the 5500 gassers easy.

Wish they had them for the 5. 9L also. If I remember right, they are only available for engines with 10L displacement and larger. Even if they did, there wouldn't be room between the firewall and the head without a body lift. The compression brakes (Jake brake as most like to call them) work and sound great.
