2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission CAB CORNERS for 2001 single cab?

hi, anyone know if you can buy cab corners for our trucks? my 2001 3500 cab&chassis flat deck has a couple holes rusted in the bottom corner of the cab next to where the pan would be . i can`t find any corners here in canada.
