Have the old '92 apart to paint it. It has spent the majority of its life in Mexico. There are 3-4 places where it will need a wad of body putty about the size of a pea to take out the dents. There is NO rust!!! We pulled the bed bolts with a standard length 3/8 ratchet... none broke and you could turn them with your finger once they broke loose!

I have noticed the top front cab corners are bretty badly broken up. I know it is a problem on this model. My question is if it is worth the bother to take the fenders off to fix them or just ignore them. How much do they affect structural strength?

i would fix it mine gets some water in the cab and i am told this is the cause

also sound bad in the cab. if your quick you can order the retrofit patch for the

left side from the dealer when i did they still showed about 10 left nation wide

no rights and that is what i need the worst

Water leaks are not a big issue when you live in a dry climate like I do. My main concern is structural strength. I am wondering if it will let things flex enough to cause other things to break down the road.

I am in central Mexico... ordering cab corner repairs from the dealer IS NOT an option for me. I would have to make my own.
