Cab Light Template

Does anyone have the template for the cab light install that would be willing to let me borrow? Or is there a simple way to line up the lights? I bought the lights from JC Whitney so there's no template. Thanks in advance!

I put the factory cab light set on my truck, so I have the template. It has been a couple years since I did this, but I think the template is still around here somewhere. If you will e-mail me your address, I'll mail the template to you if I can find it. -- email address removed --

What all is included in a factory cab light kit? I have to put them on mine it's the only option I'm lacking and it drives me nuts to not have them. IMO all the diesel models should have them. Do you happen to have a part number for this kit?
