hypertech has a programer for the cab-chassis... Ive had it on mine for 2 weeks now... I love it and my mileage went up 2. 8 mpg.

Hmm, the 08 cab chassis have the same exact hardware as the 07's, so I wonder if Edge just needs to get their stuff together on the flash part number, as those are different between 07 and 08.

The DPF for 08 is identical to 07

I asked again when I called about the Insight (which will work btw) and the guy said there were a few bugs that weren't easily cured so they shelved the project for the time being. They still have the truck they used as a test mule.

My thinking is they are scared of the EPA because the CC's are maybe treated a little differently.

I got the feeling it would work on the CC, but they wouldn't tell me that.

i have the same feeling. ive looked at the hypertec cortex. i just wonder if it will be trackable. i know that the 07 don't have a converter after the down pipe like the 3/4 and the one ton. i talked to the people at badp a couple of weeks ago and the said they were working on a delate kit. i can't wait tell my warranty is up so i can get rid of that #@$% thing!

C/C software is totally different 07. 5 08 and will be on 09 so on.

i have tried them all thought superchip would but would not load.

What do you mean by this? The exhaust systems on 07 and 08 cab chassis are identical. Or are you referring to the differences between pickup and cab chassis?

yes i was. i also installed a hypertech on mine really improved the rewsponse and mileage.
