2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Cable controlled shift control system

Does anyone know where to get the CAD (center axle disconnect) cable controlled shift control system? I heard NAPA sells it but I cannot find it. QUAD4X4 does not sell it.

I bought mine from NAPA about 3 years ago. It cost about $175 at the time. It was not listed in the parts books, it was in a special tool and accessory catalogue they had.
