When other states enact things Montana COULD look at the idea. But as slow as we move it would be 20 years before they did & another 20 before they make a decision & another 20 before it's acted on.

The thing that irks me is that nationwide states and municipalities are free to assess traffic fines arbitrarily without any conditions.
There's no rhyme or reason to it and of course,it always goes up.

When I was incarcerated in So Calif had a Neighbor that was CHP. He was telling me that at least in Commiefornia that so many people wouldn't pay traffic tickets and there wasn't much that could be done about it. Suspending license was really a joke because they drove without them anyway. So they started to press the issue and the Minorities started screaming about " Racial Profiling"


Its amazing that they can Toss out the Race Card and get away with it because the counties and courts are just spinning their wheels and spending more money that they would have collected from the tickets anyway.


Just have to know how to play the game. Its a shame that NORMAL people that do the right thing get the shaft and the AH's of the world get away with it.

You can make all the laws you want. They are only considered good when they are tested.

The first time the fairness is taken to court it will fail and be found unconstitutional.

I have been waiting for someone to challenge federal income taxes or local property taxes.

You pay taxes for a set of services. Why should any set of same services cost one person more than another.

I'm in the planning to transfer to Las Vegas, with a promotion and increase in pay, where I already own a home. Were selling all our interests in Comifornia, and not looking back. And I have Comifornia to thank, the wife didn't want to leave, until the last barrage of socialist laws just pasted. Comifornia will implode as the conservatives leave in droves.
