California Diesel Tracking

What is California Diesel Tracking? My dealer doesn't have a clue, but it's printed on the order sheet.

Since the State of California is trying to eliminate diesel engines, guns and other non politically correct things, this is like gun registration. When the eco nuts get their way they are gonna' come and take your diesel away!!!!


Just kidding, but it makes a good story!
I wouldn't be supprised if this was correct

The new trucks in the rest of the country say almost the same thing,just with out the 'california' in it. "diesel tracking" or "Diesel emissions tracking" or something like that. Gives me an uneasy feeling what ever it is... if I every buy another one,it will be old,not new.
