Incase someone ever runs into this, 44ftlb. Torque with using red loc-tite. Thanks Zach Hamilton

Can't vouch for accurracy

The factory Cummins retaining bolt is a torque-to-yield bolt with M12 x 1. 75 threads and a skinny, reduced diameter shank. It is emphatically not re-usable. Their specification is 20 ft-lb plus 180 degrees of tightening. Conventional grade 8. 8, 10. 9 or 12. 9 bolts are often used instead and they would be torqued to conventional specifications in the range of 70, 80, or 90 ft-lb.
